Construction Management
Owner's Representative Services
Construction Management (CM): These services can be divided
into two categories:
- A limited or extensive form of the owner's representative
service - to more effectively manage a contracted GC design team.
- The elimination of the GC and providing the supervision
and co-ordination of trade contractors as multiple-prime contractors.
Owner's Representative/Consulting: Align CM also provides services to assist an Owner through the design
co-ordination and/or construction of projects. Additional services, such
as scheduling, progress monitoring, claims analysis and general management
input are also available. Typically, where another Prime Contractor is
engaged, Align CM can assist an Owner in most areas of management and
control as an Owner's Representative.
Development
Align CM has provided
extensive GC and CM services to our partnership ventures for the
development of residential projects. We continually review opportunities
to fee build or partner with outside entities as well.
