John Momsen has operated around Construction, Real Estate and Finance during his full career. He has a BS Degree in Construction Management and years of experience in directing Projects. He also understands the team nature of construction and can lead or perform from a defined portfolio. He has functioned in a senior management position for most of the past 37 years. With the past 26 in San Diego, CA.This has included as the founder and CEO of Monda Building (Pty) Ltd. South Africa (15 years), a term as VP of Construction for ColRich Communities. (San Diego residential development company, 9 yrs) and numerous developments and CM projects under the auspices of Align Construction Management, Inc., Amber Street Developments, Inc. and other entities.
Experience: Planning and executing Construction Projects in many Market Sectors. Land acquisition / due diligence, land use design, development and feasibility studies, cost and value engineering, accounting and fund control systems and claims analysis. Further experience extends to; JV agreements and business plans, financial accounting, financial models, contract review and generation, defect litigation & legal support, corporate structuring and business formation.
